  • Our products are nutraceuticals/health supplements. They are NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and are NOT FOR MEDICINAL USE.

4) Orders, Pricing & Payment

  • You warrant your content is truthful, lawful, non-infringing, and does not contain medical claims, obscenities, hate speech, or personal data of others.

8) Intellectual Property

  • All Site content, logos, product names, graphics, and software are owned by or licensed to Greyz Labs / H3SA PHARMACEUTICALS PVT.LTD. and protected by IP laws.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Greyz Labs from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site/products.

13) Suspension/Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or cancel orders for breach, fraud risk, or regulatory reasons.

14) Force Majeure

We aren’t liable for delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, war, government actions, network failures, etc.).

15) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Jurisdiction: Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have jurisdiction, without limiting your rights to approach consumer forums under applicable law.
  • We encourage amicable resolution/mediation first. Where agreed, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended); seat/venue Jaipur, one arbitrator, proceedings in English/Hindi.
